3. SMS Messaging Program
This section describes the terms of our text messaging program and is provided to comply with the requirements of mobile carriers and The Campaign Registry (TCR) for A2P 10DLC messaging.
Program Description
Our SMS program sends one-to-one conversational text messages to property owners, business owners, brokers, and other real estate professionals regarding commercial real estate opportunities, including property sale inquiries, leasing opportunities, follow-ups to prior phone calls or emails, and responses to inbound inquiries.
Types of Messages
- Conversational follow-up messages from a member of our team.
- Scheduling and appointment-related messages.
- Information related to our services that you have requested or that follows from a prior business interaction.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the nature and stage of each conversation. Messages are sent on a one-to-one basis, not as bulk or automated marketing campaigns.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Origination Inc. does not charge for the messages themselves; standard rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Opt-In
You consent to receive SMS messages from us by (a) checking the SMS opt-in box on a form on our website where applicable, (b) providing your mobile number directly to us with the understanding that we may follow up by text, or (c) replying to a text message from us in a manner indicating you wish to continue the conversation.
Opt-Out — Reply STOP
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further messages from our SMS program. If you wish to re-subscribe, reply START.

Carriers and Privacy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Origination Inc., its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the website or services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
